The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal 509-2023-UNDP-UKR-RFP-DG: Audit of National and Civic Identity.

All the bidders are strongly encouraged to initiate the supplier registration in Quantum system at least five days before the tender deadline.
The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on August 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (Kyiv time, GMT+2) via Skype/Zoom.
Interested bidders are required to register for Pre-Bidding Conference by submitting their company name, list of attending representatives and their contact information at the following e-mail:

ATTENTION: Proposal shall be submitted only through Quantum (Oracle Supplier Portal for online eTendering). Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such proposals shall be disqualified.
