Description

We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment IC/2023/041-IT expert on developing result-based budget execution reporting system.

UNDP Mongolia seeks a national consultant to assist the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance (TD, MOF) and the Reporting team in the process leading up to the implementation and rollout of the results-based reporting system, which is to bring Treasury services to a new level through improved automation and digitization. During the performance reporting system development, piloting and initial stages of implementation, a dedicated team’s support and assistance will be critical until the full ownership of the system is transferred to the MOF.

The duration of initial contract will be 3 months with 60 working days.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
