Dear Service provider,

UNDP would like to procure Supply, installation, commissioning and 6 months maintenance for 4 Sets of Real Time Recording Transcription System Equipment in Kampala Uganda, as per the Technical Specifications in attached:-

Please submit your quotation on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than 5th September 2023, in Ugandan shillings, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal.
