Description The planned intervention of launching Municipality Competency Centres and Job Bank will seek to stimulate the interest of job seekers, across West, East and South of Libya:To seek support in career counselling and assessing capabilities and employment readiness;Increase referral mechanisms for the vocational or soft skills training availability at national or local levels;Adapt to the demands of private sector employers;To explore new potential career options;To position themselves in the ecosystem for employers to search.  The overall objective of the assignment is to lead the creation of the framework for Municipal Competency Centres, based on specific to Libya labour market challenges. This is to be followed by launching the pilot centres together with the Ministry of Local Government (MoLG), delivering Training of Trainers (ToTs).
