Description UNDP Malawi seeks an experienced and qualified firm to conduct a comprehensive survey targeting a representative sample of Malawian citizens of all demographics to collect statistically reliable data on current perceptions of the rule of law institutions and access to justice. The survey will produce recommendations to inform the best approaches to rule of law interventions, with a view towards improving the quality of justice services and ways to address challenges to accessing justice. It will also provide an insight of the performance of justice and security institutions and enable development partners, government and stakeholders in the rule of law sector to design and deliver targeted interventions to make justice and security services more available, acceptable, affordable and accessible to the population.
