Description UNDP Malawi seeks an experienced and qualified firm to conduct a comprehensive survey targeting a representative sample of Malawian citizens of all demographics to collect statistically reliable data on current perceptions of the rule of law institutions and access to justice. The survey will produce recommendations to inform the best approaches to rule of law interventions, with a view towards improving the quality of justice services and ways to address challenges to accessing justice.
